On 2 December 2015, Mr. Oleg Dyomin, Ambassador of Ukraine to the People’s Republic of China, held a meeting with Mr. Cheng Gouping, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, at the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

       In the course of the meeting a range of topical issues of the Ukrainian – Chinese relations were addressed, specifically the ongoing preparations for holding the 3^rd meeting of the Commission on Cooperation between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, the ways of interaction between the delegations of two countries in the UN Security Council, the prospects for fulfilling joint large-scale projects in different areas.   

        The participants of the meeting stated that Ukraine and China had mutual interests in boosting comprehensively their strategic partnership relations.
