We are drawing your attention that foreigners and stateless persons, planning to visit the temporarily occupied territory of ARC, should follow the next steps:
I. Receive special permission issued by the territorial bodies of the State Migration Service of Ukraine as well as from its subdivisions in Novotroitsk and Henichesk districts of Kherson Region.
The following documents are needed for this: 1) an application form; 2) passport; 3) document, which confirms the stay in Ukraine on legal basis; 4) copy of the document with personal data translated into Ukrainian and legalized; 5) document, which confirms the purpose of entering the occupied territory; 6) three photos (size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).
Data on foreign minors or stateless persons under 18 years of age entered into special permits issued to their parents or representatives.
Special permission is issued for single or multiple entries and is valid during period permitted in an application.
Special permission can be denied by legally approved reasons.
II. Carry out travel only via checkpoints "Kalanchak ", "Chaplynka ", "Chongar" (road traffic) and "Kherson", "Melitopol", "Vadym", "Novooleksiyivka" (rail).
III. Submit at the above mentioned control points passport and special permission, where authorized officials of the state border protection unit stamp a special mark. These officials also have right to deny entering the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine or exiting from it.
We strongly emphasize that entry to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions if carried out not through the territory of Ukraine, but by any other way is a violation of Ukrainian legislation and entails personal responsibility.
