On May 19, 2016 Ambassador of Ukraine in China Oleg Dyomin met with a newly appointed Ambassador of China in Ukraine Du Wei.

In the course of the meeting the head of the Ukrainian diplomatic mission in China presented his view of the current state of the Ukrainian-Chinese relations of strategic partnership and the ways of deepening of bilateral cooperation in political, economic, infrastructural and investment spheres.

Du Wei expressed his gratitude for this information, shared his own views on the further development of relations between China and Ukraine, as well as promised to make personal efforts for their implementation.
