On August 4, 2010 the Ambassador of Ukraine Yurii Kostenko met with the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the China Radio International (CRI) Prof. Li Zhongshan. During the meeting the issues of planned for end of August visit of Chinese journalists to Ukraine where discussed. In 2008 Chinese Radio International opened a website CRI on-line in Ukrainian language, which introduces visitors to the culture and history, art and life of Chinese people, as well as the main events in Ukraine. During the visit to Ukraine Chinese delegation with their Ukrainian partner “Gala Media International” will announce the beginning in our country a large-scale contest “China Radio International: Trip to China”, the winner of the contest will receive an invitation to visit the People’s Republic of China.

It is agreed with the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of China Radio International that the official visit to PRC by the President of Ukraine, which scheduled on September 2010, will be reported by the China Radio International in 61 different languages.
