On May 15, 2012 the Ambassador of Ukraine to China Yurii Kostenko had a meeting with the President of China National Building Materials Group Corp., Ms. Yao Yan. They discussed the current cooperation of CNBM-Ukrainian partnership in the construction of solar power station in the Crimea, and the prospects of bilateral cooperation in alternative energy and construction projects.

Ms. Yao Yan emphasized the positive results of CNBM-Ukrainian cooperation on joint projects and expressed her willingness to intensify bilateral cooperation in other areas, including construction in Ukraine the cement producing factories and energy saving equipment.
