December 21, the inauguration of Forum of Ukrainian and Chinese Painters was held in Yabuli, a winter leisure resort village, Heilongjiang province.

This event launched the project of Yabuli Oil Painting Base, where the young painters of Ukraine will work during next year communicating with their Chinese colleagues of province.

That day around 25 artists of Ukraine -  people’s and honored artists and young craftsmen of Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv regions have arrived to Yabuli where they have conducted the conference dedicated to project with their Chinese colleagues, members of Artist Unions of China.

It is planned the project will work every year.
