The Embassy of Ukraine in China made a photo project "Ukraine - China: Friendship in Faces" as part of the celebrating of Vyshyvanka's Day (Ukrainian traditional embroidered shirt).

During this month everybody willing to participate could send photos with their Chinese relatives, friends or colleagues, wearing a Ukrainian national shirt. The project aims to show that our vyshyvanka not only unites Ukrainians, but makes them closer to other nations.  It’s an embroidered shirt that today many Chinese associate Ukraine with. 

The best photos are exhibited on the Embassy's territory, some of them being placed in front of the Ukrainian mission promises, so that every passer-by can enjoy the works’ originality and Ukrainian vyshyvanka’s beauty.
