7 June, Embassy of Ukraine in China hosted the signing ceremony of Memorandum on Cooperation between Ukraine’s diplomatic mission and Beіjіng C&U Culture Exchange Co., Ltd. regarding creation of Ukraine-China Culture Center in Beijing.

The project is realized in frameworks of Belt&Road Initiative, which turned into the deepening drive of Ukraine-China economic and humanitarian cooperation for the last years. The above company intends to invest its own funds into the construction of civil complex on the north of Beijing; the Embassy will assist in involving the Ukrainian partners that will help the Chinese side with the artistic and technical design for the specialized facilities and areas. The future operation of Center will also be ensured by the Ukrainian specialists such as events managers, performers, artists, cookers etc. The cooperation between the sides will include the exhibitions, presentations, conferences, master classes in both culture and economic fields, Days and Weeks of Ukraine’s culture in China, various sport events, Ukraine’s fashion shows, concerts with Ukrainian performers, Ukrainian films, etc.
