On 13 January 2017, Mr. Oleg Dyomin, Ambassador of Ukraine to the People’s Republic of China, met with Mr. Sun Lin Jiang, Director-General of the Department of European - Central Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

In the course of the meeting, a wide range of topical issues of Ukraine – China relations were discussed, including the avenues to implement the decisions adopted at the Third session of the Commission on Cooperation between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the People’s Republic of China held last December in Kyiv.

The two Sides have exchanged their views regarding the joint projects and bilateral events scheduled for this year, while expressing mutual satisfaction with the current state of and prospects for their bilateral cooperation.
