On 3 April 2018, Mr. Oleg Dyomin, Ambassador of Ukraine to the People’s Republic of China, held a meeting with Mr. Guo Zhijun, Counselor at the Department of European - Central Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

At the meeting, the Two Sides have exchanged their views on the general state of affairs and prospects for furthering relations between Ukraine and China, in particular, in the context of bilateral exchanges, combined efforts aimed at implementing the decisions adopted at the Third session of the Commission on Cooperation between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, Ukraine’s participation in the Shanghai International Import Expo 2018 etc.

Ukraine – China joint projects and events scheduled for this year’s Days of Ukraine in China were also discussed. The interlocutors have expressed their mutual satisfaction with the current state of and prospects for the development of cooperation between the two countries.
