On July 29, 2018, the opening ceremony of the Exhibition of Academic Exchanges of Ukrainian and Chinese artists was held in the Brewing Master Art Museum, Beijing. The event was organized with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the People's Republic of China. The exhibition features paintings by 30 Ukrainian artists and 15 Chinese painters from the collection of the Beijing Art Gallery of Taras Shevchenko.

Representatives of Chinese government and private organizations, journalists from leading media, well-known Chinese artists participated in the opening ceremony. The exhibition will be open until August 16.
