On October 16^th the Economic Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in the PRC held a thematic seminar “Belt and Road Construction and Chinese Enterprises’ Globalization – introduction of Ukraine”. In the course of the event the Economic Section’s representatives made presentations on Ukraine-China investment cooperation and also elaborated on the potential of renewable energy, agricultural and infrastructure sectors of Ukraine for the Chinese investors.

The event was organized on the platform of the China Federation of Industrial Economics (CFIE – state entity). The seminar was attended by some 60 companies representing such sectors as trade, agriculture and industrial production as well as by Chinese officials.

The presented information was received with interest by the participants. The seminar provided grounds for the planned get-to-know visit of Chinese business to Ukraine next year in order to participate in exhibitions and B2B events.
