The Days of Ukrainian Modern Movies were held in Chongqing on November 10-18, 2019. The event was hosted by the 2nd Pioneer Art Film Festival, organized by "Golden Fleece Studio”, supported by the State Film Agency of Ukraine and assisted by the Ukrainian Embassy in China.

Five modern Ukrainian movies were shortlisted for the Festival Program, namely: "DZIDZIO. The First Time" (2018), "Adventures of S Nicholas" (2018), "Handelyk" (2019), "Servant of the People-2" (2017) and "Let's dance" (2019). The Ukrainian film screenings gathered in the Pioneer Film Art Cinema full houses, most of the spectators being Chinese filmmakers and youth.

The Ukrainian film "Servant of the People-2" won the Best Foreign Film Award.
