On April 14^th Charge d’Affaires of Ukraine in China Zhanna Leshchynska met with the Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Cooperation of the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Nie Jiangang.

The parties discussed the prospects of developing cooperation and experience exchange in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as organizing the 5^th Meeting of the Ukrainian-Chinese Subcommission on cooperation in the field of medicine.

The sides also discussed the possibility of expanding the cooperation between Ukraine and China in the field of the cardiology, cardiac surgery, transplantology and treatment of cancer.
