On 8 July 2011 Mr.Y. Kostenko, Ambassador of Ukraine to Mongolia (with residence in Beijing), during his working visit to Ulaanbaatar had a meeting with Mr.G.Batkhuu, Mongolia's Deputy Speaker of the State Great Hural (Parliament), the Head of the Parliamentary Group  «Mongolia-Ukraine». Issues of further promotion of cooperation on parliamentary level and commemorative events for the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries were discussed. In Mr.Batkhuu’s opinion, there exist many opportunities for cooperation in agricultural sector between Mongolia and Ukraine, particularly in crop production and livestock farming.
