In the premises of the National Military Commissariat (Simferopol) Russian Security Service is carrying out the delivery of small arms (AK-74 with 60 cartridges). Anyone having the Certificate of being a member of Self-defense forces and Crimean registration can get the weapons.
The situation in the Kherson region is greatly aggravated due to the planting of the Russian troops on Arabatska spit and taking control over the gas station.
In the houses and vacation homes in the Arabatska spit a large number of unidentified men armed with firearms were observed.
Continuing threat of armed provocations by the pro-Russian forces and directly by Russian Special Forces remains.
