Ambassador of Ukraine to the People’s Republic of China H.E. Olexander Nechytaylo paid a working visit to Hainan Province, where he participated in the official events of the 6th China International Consumer Products Expo.

This year’s exhibition brought together more than 3,400 companies, manufacturers, and trade organizations from all around the world and served as an important platform for promoting imported consumer goods to the Chinese market. Additional attention was given to the opportunities created by the Hainan Free Trade Port - newly established economic free-trade zone offering preferential customs and tax policies to support international trade and imports into China.

During the visit, meetings were held with representatives of regional authorities, as well as representatives of Chinese and international business. The Ambassador of Ukraine also took part in the launch ceremony of a China–Ukraine economic cooperation platform.
