On 13 February 2026, in Munich, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Wang Yi.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current issues of the bilateral agenda and discussed ongoing peace efforts, as well as China’s important role in facilitating an end to the war.

Andrii Sybiha expressed his gratitude to Wang Yi for Beijing’s decision to provide Ukraine with an additional package of humanitarian energy assistance.
