In his welcoming address, Ambassador focused on the developments in Ukrainian-Chinese trade and economic partnership over the past year, outlined the key areas for further cooperation between the countries, in particular the increasing of Ukrainian exports to China, the promotion of investment partnerships, etc. Olexander Nechytaylo also acknowledged the important role of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the development of Ukrainian-Chinese business cooperation.

Ambassador wished the new leadership of the UCCI success and new achievements that would elevate the Ukrainian-Chinese economic partnership to a new level.

The meeting was also attended by the President of the UCCI, Mr. Gennadiy Chyzhykov, and Ambassador of the PRC to Ukraine, Mr. Ma Shengkun.
