Due to the ongoing epidemic there is an urgent search for new style and forms of education and international exchanges. Under such conditions, the Ministry of Education of Ukraine opened a Unified Interagency Electronic Platform for the Entry of Foreign Students (http://www.univ.kiev.ua/news/11313).

Prospects for using this platform were discussed on November 5 this year  in the online format by The representatives of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Chinese educational company Xipei Education and the Ukrainian diplomats discussed the advantages of this platform at the online conference on November 5, 2020. The participants of the event also considered the following issues:

• forms of bilateral interaction during the pandemic;
• cooperation within the Unified Interagency Electronic Platform for the Entry of Foreign Students and the Platform for Distance Education - "KNU Education Online";
• work of the Preparation Department of the Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the context of distance education to the Chinese nationals;
• using the mechanisms of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative to deepen cooperation in the field of education.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the implementation of the mentioned platforms in existing and prospective bilateral educational projects.
